A dense loaf made using "Hotscotch Landrace" is an organic wheat grain that is a mix of light purple heritage wheats, fermented with a rye sourdough base. This results in a full flavoured, nutrient dense flour.   Great for pairing with cheeses, charcuterie or smoked salmon on Christmas day.
