Ingredients
The raw ingredients we use are important to us. We aim to work with the best local suppliers focusing on organic (certified or not), biodynamic or sustainably sourced ingredients. All the flours we use in our products are either organic or sustainably grown, and often milled locally. We believe you can taste the difference in our products.
