Bread of the Day Tin Loaf (Elsternwick)
A blend of biodynamic whole flours with seeds, grains and cereals, using our preferred method of respectus panis in a Tin Loaf. We rotate through a range of ancient grains.
Tues: Whole-wheat with seeds and grains.
Wed: Sprouted Buckwheat.
Thurs: Khorasan with seeds and grains.
Fri: Inca Influence: Wholemeal with quinoa and amaranth (miche).
Sat: Spelt and flax seeds.
Sun: Emmer with sunflower seeds.
