Wed: Sprouted Buckwheat.
Thurs: Khorasan with seeds and grains.
Fri: Inca Influence: Wholemeal with quinoa and amaranth (miche).
Sat: Spelt and flax seeds.
Sun: Emmer with sunflower seeds.
