The Chiquito! Croissant dough filled with a citrus/fruit gel and coated in syrup. Created to reduce waste and use up the croissant "off cuts", the repurposed pastry has become a crowd favourite.  Currently baking a raspberry and malt crumb chiquito (Collingwood only).
