A blend of biodynamic whole flours with seeds, grains and cereals, using our preferred method of respectus panis in a Tin Loaf. We rotate through a range of ancient grains.

• Thurs: Purple Wheat with seeds and grains.

• Fri: Polenta bread with Fennel + Poppy Seeds.

• Sat: Spelt and flax seeds.

• Sun: Emmer with sunflower seeds.
